2 cups of water
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon

Serving the Chicken Plate
Plate the herb-roasted chicken breast alongside a generous scoop of garlic mashed potatoes and a portion of honey-glazed carrots.
Garnish the chicken with a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme for a touch of elegance.
Serve the lemon sorbet in a small bowl or a lemon half-shell to cleanse the palate and complete the meal on a refreshing note.
Visual Presentation Tips
Color Contrast: Ensure your plate has a variety of colors. The golden brown chicken, creamy white potatoes, vibrant orange carrots, and pale yellow sorbet make for an appealing palette.
Texture: Offer a mix of textures – the juiciness of the chicken, the creaminess of the potatoes, the slight crunch of the carrots, and the smooth, refreshing sorbet.
Garnish: A simple garnish can elevate the look of the dish. Consider lemon zest over the sorbet or fresh herbs on the chicken.

This Chicken Plate combines flavors, textures, and colors to create a balanced and visually appealing meal, promising a delightful dining experience
