👩🍳 Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken strips and toss until well coated. Let the chicken marinate for 20–30 minutes.
2. Cook the chicken
Grill the chicken or cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and nicely golden with a little char.
3. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble the wraps
Warm the flatbreads or pita. Add a layer of shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Top with the grilled chicken.
5. Add the sauce
Drizzle the garlic yogurt sauce generously over the filling.
6. Wrap and serve
Roll tightly into wraps. For extra flavor and texture, lightly grill or toast the wraps for a minute or two until warm and marked on the outside.
