Chicken Wings with Potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
400 g potatoes
100 g onions
salt
olive oil
1 small glass of white wine
100 ml chicken or vegetable stock
Preparation
Wash, peel and slice the potatoes.
Then put them in a pan with some oil. Add onion, salt and pepper.
Then cover with chicken wings. Add wine, broth, oil and salt and bake at 190-200° for 30 minutes.
