2 egg yolks

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

How to make the meatballs

1. Start by boiling the potatoes until soft. When they are done, mash them well in a bowl.

2. Add the grated cheese, egg yolks, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well until you get a smooth batter.


3. Shape the potato mixture into small balls or flat cakes.
