 Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

45 minutes + Cooling Time to arrange serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS

 
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 ½ cups sugar
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ cups water
2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Frosting (store-bought or selfmade)


PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat two 9-inch spherical baking pans with cooking spray. Put aside.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda collectively in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix to mix.
Add water and vanilla extract and mix till batter is easy. Pour batter equally into two ready baking pans.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or till a cake tester inserted in the course of every cake comes out clear.
Cool fully. Place one cake on backside of serving tray. Add a layer of frosting as a filling. High with second cake and canopy with remaining frosting.
