Preparation method:

It's so quick and easy! Start by making a yeast dough for the apple snails. Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar along with the yeast in warm milk.
Now, beat the butter with the sugar and salt until creamy, then add the egg and yogurt.
Next, mix the flour with the baking powder and knead it in, alternating with the yeast and milk mixture.
Knead the dough again by hand until smooth and elastic, cover it in a bowl, and let it rest in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
Wash, peel, core, and dice the apples.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Preheat the oven to about 200°C (390°F).
Melt the butter and brush it over the dough. The remaining butter will be used later for decoration.
Then, distribute the apple cubes over the dough and sprinkle evenly with vanilla sugar.
Now roll the dough up tightly lengthwise and cut it into slices about 3 cm thick. They're absolutely delicious!
Finally, place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them, and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, let the apple rolls cool completely.
Enjoy!
