Slow Cooker Steak Sauce Beef Patties
Tender beef patties simmered in a rich, tangy steak sauce make an easy, comforting meal with almost no prep. This recipe is perfect for busy days—just add everything to the slow cooker and let it do the work.
Ingredients
- 6 frozen beef patties
- 1 bottle (10 oz) steak sauce
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup beef broth or water (optional, for extra sauce)
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion in the bottom of the slow cooker, if using.
- Arrange the frozen beef patties on top of the onions.
- Sprinkle with the garlic powder and black pepper.
- Pour the steak sauce evenly over the patties. Add the beef broth or water if you’d like a thinner sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the patties are fully cooked and tender.
- Carefully remove the patties and spoon the sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
